From the recording Ho'oponopono Forgiveness chant

The idea for this chant came to me while I was preparing music for the September 11, 2011, service at Rogue Valley Center for Spiritual Living in Medford, Oregon.

The Rev. Joy-anne sent me notes for her talk on Forgiveness and my creative muse drew ideas to me and this chant is the result. Blessing to you always!

Ho'oponopono has a wonderful story on the internet of a practice a man used in a high security prison. He never met any of the incarcerated. Each day he read a file on one of the people in the prison and directed the words of Ho'oponopono to each person, whom he had never interacted with...
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank you,
I love you

And within a certain period of time, all prisoners transformed and were released.

I encourage you to try it with your most challenging life situations and people!

Blessings, Always,
Bridget
